Nowadays, means of container transportation has been developing rapidly all over the world, but there is a problem in container shipment. During ocean transportation, the vapor will condense inside the container with changes in temperature as well as humidity day and night, which produces a phenomenon/sign of “Container Rain”, and cause severe damage to packaging and goods.
Container Desiccant is a specially formulated desiccant designed to lower the dew-point inside shipping and storage containers. In this way, it can easily protect cargo from moisture damage while goods are in transit. The shelf-life of container desiccant is more than 40 days.
In general, it has the following advantages:
 Absorbs air borne moisture
 Inhibits the formation of mould, mildew, rust and corrosion
 Reduces humidity level
 Avoids weak carton and loose labels caused by moisture
 Environmentally friendly and can be disposed of as a normal waste

 Protection of textiles, leather goods, shoes, furniture, food products, grains, feeds, pet food, canned and bottled products.
 Protection of industrial products such as auto parts, machines, metal products, paper and cardboard boxes.
 Long term storage.
At present, we provide a more efficient kind of container desiccant, DRYER ACK-150G. It has the following characteristics:
 Adsorbing Capability: the hygroscopic rate is about five times higher than that of common silica gel under the same condition (T=25℃,RH=80%). The hygroscopic amount of Dryer Pack-150g is more than 150 grams.
 Environmental protection: Compared with the traditional desiccant (such as clay, silica gel), Dryer Pack-150g desiccant is refined by special technology and is 100% recyclable.
 Compatibility: With Tyvek (made in US) as the outer cover (bag material), it is non-toxic and harmless, tear-resistant, static electricity proof, and no-dusting. It will not affect the quality and chemical stability of shipped goods.
 Convenience: With the hook attached to every packet of container desiccant, it is convenient to hang the desiccant up to every corner of the container so to have all-direction protection.
Instruction:
 Once the package is opened, use up as soon as possible. Distribute the desiccants properly in the container. Hang more in the place nearing the door.
 For goods that are sensitive to humidity, we suggest 60 bags of Dryer Pack-150g desiccant in a 20’ container. For common goods, 30 to 40 bags are enough.
